Salesforce Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce-focused Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure Salesforce capabilities are fully leveraged to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and an enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a client-facing functional lead, partnering with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Lead and mentor other Business Analysts, ensuring best practices in requirements gathering and delivery
- Conduct discovery sessions and facilitate structured requirements gathering workshops
- Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure accurate and scalable Salesforce implementations
- Support testing efforts, including writing test scripts and validating end-to-end solutions
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of Salesforce delivery experience in Agile environments
- 8+ years as a client-facing functional lead, managing and guiding other BAs
- Experience in Salesforce Core Platform
- Some Salesforce configuration or admin abilities are a huge plus
- Familiar with APIs and integrations and data migrations
- Discovery experience and structured requirements gathering
- User story creation from requirements with disciplined structure
- Writing test scripts a huge plus
- Proven experience creating disciplined, well-structured user stories from requirements
Preferred/Recommended Skills
- Salesforce Health Cloud Knowledge and experience
- Salesforce certifications are big plus
- Experience writing test scripts and supporting UAT
- Healthcare domain experience (preferred)
